Sr. Backend
Developer.
Location: Remote (ART Time Zone)

For the past two years, we have been developing a cutting-edge Web App that aims to be the market leader in booking accommodations for relocation, convention tourism, and vacation needs.
About the Project
This project aims to build a platform capable of hosting multiples lodging options while delivering top-notch user experiences and significant cost savings for both property owners and users.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable and efficient server-side applications using Python and Django Rest Framework.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure smooth integration between backend services and web/mobile platforms.
- Write clean, well-documented code, and ensure code quality through automated testing and peer reviews.
- Manage and maintain databases, primarily using PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
- Collaborate with the DevOps team to ensure smooth deployment and reliable operation of backend services.
- Contribute to technical documentation and expand the team’s knowledge base.
- Work with Django Rest Framework to build RESTful web services and APIs.
- Apply strong problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot and optimize backend performance.
Technical Requirements
Qualifications
- English level: Upper Intermediate - Advanced
- Proven experience in developing scalable backend services using Python, Django, and microservices architectures.
- Experience with infrastructure management and Docker configuration.
Nice-to-have
- FastAPI, ArangoDB
- Kubernetes
- Experience with geolocation, search engines, or booking services.
- Strong background in infrastructure management.
