The Problem

MediGuard Enterprises needed to identify bank clients with a high likelihood of purchasing life insurance from the company. This imperative stemmed from the goal of reducing the operational costs associated with the insurance contracting process. The challenge laid in efficiently pinpointing potential clients who would benefit from the life insurance offerings, thus streamlining the acquisition process and optimizing cost-effectiveness.

The Challenge

The primary objective of this project was to develop a predictive model designed to identify bank clients with a higher likelihood of accepting the life insurance services when contacted by phone. By creating this model, the aim was to optimize the acquisition process by reducing the number of clients that needed to be contacted. The goal was to enhance efficiency in targeting prospective customers who were more likely to accept the service.

Our Goals

Through the implementation of the predictive model, the base of prospects to be contacted by the call center was significantly decreased, achieving a remarkable 60% reduction. Importantly, this reduction was accomplished while maintaining efficiency in sales results. This achievement not only streamlined the operational process but also significantly improved cost-effectiveness.
