About the Client

Spring is a social commerce platform that allows people to create and sell personalized products. It helps designers, creators, and businesses turn their ideas into physical and digital products that fans will love. With three defined services, Spring allows designers to create products, engage fans, and last but not least, make money. Everything the client needs is just one place. The company was founded in 2011 in Rhode Island. In 2018, Spring launched its merchandising shelf integration in partnership with YouTube, allowing creators to sell their merchandise directly below video content. It expanded this business model with similar integrations for Twitch, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.

The problem

With nearly 40,000 customers with stores associated with and using its part creation, display platform, and product sales platforms, Spring faced a problem of growing demand and poor testing control capacity. They needed to design and invest in a QA strategy, because until then they didn't count with an Automation Suite.

We keep on working on increasing the quality of a product that is already successful, iterating processes and eliminating bugs. The Southern Code team focuses on accompanying the scalability of the business, betting on an increasingly efficient digital product for its users. We are currently expanding all functionalities to enhance its reach.
